Position Overview Momentum Life LLC is seeking motivated Outside Sales Representatives to generate leads and help families. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, qualified leads, and mentorship from top-producing agents to help you succeed. This role focuses on meeting with clients who have already requested information about our services , presenting solutions, and helping them choose the best solutions for their needs. What You’ll Do Strategically canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door and networking outreach to generate leads and new clients Meet with clients who have requested information Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate solutions Follow a proven, step-by-step sales process designed by top-performing agents Maintain strong relationships with clients and build a book of business Track performance and continually refine sales skills through training and mentorship What Makes This Role Unique No cold calling Multiple streams of income No relying on friends and family Individual ongoing investment in your success Instead, you’ll work with qualified leads , allowing you to focus on serving clients and closing sales. Training & Development Momentum Life LLC invests heavily in agent success through: One-on-one field training with experienced producers Classroom-style boot camps and workshops Weekly webinars and team training calls Playbook-based sales systems used by top-performing agents Continuous mentorship and leadership support Our system is designed to help new agents learn quickly, replicate success, and build momentum in their careers. Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. $80,000 – $130,000+ realistic first-year earnings (can double by year 2) Top rookies earning $200,000+ High upfront commissions Backend commissions that provide a 30% increase in income after just 9 months Residual renewal income in years 2+ Daily commission payouts Performance bonuses and incentive trips Agents also own their book of business , allowing them to build long-term residual income. Qualifications Must have or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and coachable mindset Desire to build a long-term sales career No previous sales or insurance experience required — we train the right candidates.
