Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Heavy-Duty Truck Parts & Service) Location: Fort Myers, FL (Hybrid Remote) Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift About The Role We’re hiring a driven, fearless Outside Sales Representative to grow new business in the heavy- and mid-duty truck market. While you’ll manage existing accounts, your main focus is prospecting, generating leads, and closing new customers. You’ll sell truck parts and services to the construction, agriculture, environmental services, industrial, and fleet services industries. What You’ll Do Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, visits, and networking Build strong relationships with fleet managers and dealership contacts Identify customer needs and close new sales Manage and grow existing accounts Assist customers with parts orders and provide status updates Use parts catalogs to source and troubleshoot solutions Work independently to hit and exceed sales goals What You Bring Sales experience preferred (any industry) Strong drive, confidence, and work ethic Organized and self-motivated Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Technical truck knowledge is helpful but not required—training is provided.
