Openings: 2 Outside Sales Rep Construction Sales Rep Duration: Permanent Full Time Salary: $50K-$60k base (flexible based on experience) Uncapped commission $1K/month car allowance On Target Earnings: Year 1: $90K–$100K minimum Year 2: $120K–$150K Location: Onsite, Conley GA. Offsite in Altana Area Insight Global is seeking an Sales Representative for a leading environmental services client. This individual will own a local territory and drive new business through high-activity, in-person prospecting. The role is ideal for a hunter-style salesperson who thrives in face-to-face interactions, understands the value of pipeline development and follow-up, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. With strong onboarding support, a clear sales process, and evolving commission structure, this position offers long-term growth and substantial income opportunity for driven sales professionals. Day-to-Day: Spend 80–85% of time face-to-face with prospects Use email outreach for 15–20% follow-up activity Identify, engage, and meet with business decision makers Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Perform customer retention and account management efforts Log all activity and opportunities in Zoho CRM Navigate varying sales cycles based on project size: Smaller/temp construction needs (shorter, informal cycles) Larger enterprise accounts (1+ year cycles, ex: large manufacturers) Requirements: 1 year of industry experience OR 3+ years sales experience Construction or temporary services sales exposure Ability to manage and update CRM systems Experience managing longer sales cycles (6–12+ months) Prior success in high-activity, high-volume prospecting roles
