Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within the LP gas and Propane sales sector in South New Jersey to Lehigh Valley, PA. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both prospective and existing customers Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to promote company products and services Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and bid submissions while ensuring timely follow-up Provide customers with product literature, technical information, and marketing materials as needed Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry association meetings to increase brand visibility and generate leads Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, communicating key insights to leadership Assess customer needs and recommend effective, solution-oriented products and services Drive revenue growth by securing new accounts and expanding business within existing accounts Partner with internal teams and company leadership to support sales initiatives and territory growth strategies Develop and manage a strong portfolio of accounts through consistent follow-up and relationship management Qualifications: 2–5 years of outside sales and/or account management experience, preferably within the propane or LP Gas industry Knowledge of propane, LP Gas products, equipment, and related services preferred Demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities Self-starter with strong motivation, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proficient in CRM systems and standard business software applications Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory as needed Top Workforce Solutions is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
