Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in Rockford, IL. The role involves engaging with clients to deliver sales presentations, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The Outside Sales Representative will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and helping clients source the industrial tools and supplies their operations require. Qualifications Experience in Sales Presentations and New Business Development Strong skills in Customer Service and Relationship Building Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently Ability to understand and convey technical product information Experience in industrial tools or manufacturing industries is a plus Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
