Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, marketing new accounts(B2B), and expanding our market presence through strategic sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a solid understanding of B2B sales, and expertise in territory management and lead generation. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with clients across various industries, including technology, retail, and other sectors requiring technical sales solutions. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with territory management goals Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining professional customer service standards Collaborate with marketing teams to implement lead generation campaigns and promotional activities Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met through upselling and product recommendations Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status for reporting purposes Experience Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales strategies Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Experience in technical or technology sales is preferred but not required; familiarity with product demos and technical presentations is advantageous Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong communication and customer service abilities Demonstrated ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives Ability to analyze market data for strategic decision-making and opportunity identification Prior experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative to leverage your expertise in management, business development, and strategic selling.
