Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in Stockton, CA is looking to hire an experienced Outside Sales & Service Representative to sell work truck bodies, equipment, and accessories; identify potential leads, educate prospects, manage orders, and provide customers with exceptional service and support. This full-time position will work Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional overnight trips as required . General Responsibilities Complete scheduled/cold call prospecting activities. Utilize the company's Customer Resource Management System (CRM) on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting activities, and developing prospective customer profiles Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Knapheide's Products, services, and pricing structure Deliver quotes to customers as required Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations Acquire required documentation for new accounts Ability to diagnose and fix minor repairs on Knapheide's product.
