Overnight Dispatcher

CunEx Inc.is a leading transportation and logistics company operating across NY, NJ, CT, and PA.We are hiring an experienced Overnight Dispatcher to support our fleet operations from our Bethpage office.This is a critical night-shift role responsible for coordinating drivers, managing routes, and keeping freight moving safely and on time throughout the Northeast.If you have transportation, trucking, or fleet dispatch experience and are looking for a stable full-time overnight role on Long Island -- we want to speak with you.Schedule, Compensation, & Benefits Tuesday - Saturday:7pm - 6am $23 - $25 per hour - based on experience and qualifications.Guaranteed overtime each week.Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401k Paid Time Off Paid Training Paid Holidays Growth opportunities within a fast-growing logistics company What You'll Be Responsible For Dispatch and coordinate CDL drivers Monitor route progress and ensure on-time service Adjust schedules in real time to meet operational demands Communicate directly with drivers throughout the night Respond to breakdowns, delays, and service issues Work closely with safety and maintenance teams Maintain accurate logs in dispatch systems Escalate urgent matters to leadership when necessary You will be the primary operations contact during overnight hours.Qualifications Prior experience as a Transportation Dispatcher, Fleet Dispatcher, or Logistics Coordinator preferred Experience in trucking, delivery, or freight operations strongly preferred Comfortable working overnight shifts Strong computer and communication skills Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure Bilingual English/Spanish a plus High school diploma or GED required Job Type:Full-time Pay:$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:No less than 40 per week Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience:Dispatching:1 year (Required) Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Required) Ability to Commute:Bethpage, NY 11714 (Required) Work Location:In person.
