We are looking for a part-time person to work Friday & Saturday nights from 11pm to 7am.Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required.Willing to train the right candidate.Here's What You'll Do:Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:Nighttime Hospitality Hero:Be the friendly face that welcomes late arrivals and assists night owls with their needs.Master of the Ledger:Review and reconcile the day's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and balance in hotel records.Guest Service Extraordinaire:Handle late-night reservations, check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, room service requests, and any surprises that come with the overnight shift.Security & Safety Guardian:Keep a watchful eye on the property, ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for guests and staff.Team Connector:Assist with setting up for the next day's operations and communicate key overnight happenings to the morning team.What we're looking for:A night owl:Someone with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction works by night and sleeps by day.Strong attention to detail:Comfort with computers and numbers--accuracy is key! Problem-solving skills:Handle any overnight hiccups with ease, and are not afraid of things that may go bump in the night.Ability to work independently:Stay alert during late-night hours, have initiative, Previous hotel Experience:Prior experience in hospitality, accounting, or customer service is a plus!
