Join Our Team The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero seeks a Door Attendant to join our talented team! Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Greets guests who arrive by private car, taxi, or limo by opening their car door and welcoming them to the hotel. Assists guests descending from cars. Issues appropriate valet parking ticket to guests who want car parked. Unloads guest luggage from car, tags it and issues claim tickets to the guest. Assures the smooth flow of traffic on the drive by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions and directing valet parkers to park cars. Loads luggage in car for departing guests. resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, etc. Greets all guests passing through Front Door and offers them assistance. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Reading, written and oral proficiency in the English language is required Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high-volume operation Must be able to prioritize and multi-task Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays High school educations or equivalent experience is preferred Working at Four Seasons Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of - an opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done.
