Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and responsible Overnight House Manager to reside in and oversee one of our supportive living homes. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, structured, and drug-free environment during overnight hours while ensuring residents follow program expectations. The Overnight House Manager serves as the primary on-site staff presence during non-business hours , ensuring safety, accountability, and immediate response to any issues that arise. Key ResponsibilitiesOvernight Supervision Remain on-site overnight to monitor resident safety Ensure adherence to curfew and quiet hours Conduct periodic overnight check-ins as needed Respond to late-night issues, conflicts, or emergencies Program Compliance & Rule Enforcement Enforce all house rules, including: Strict no drug or alcohol policy No violence, threats, or disruptive behavior Compliance with curfew and visitor policies Address violations and document incidents Resident Support Provide structure, guidance, and accountability Support residents in maintaining respectful behavior De-escalate conflicts and redirect inappropriate behavior Household Oversight Ensure the home remains clean, safe, and orderly Monitor completion of chores and shared space expectations Report maintenance or safety concerns Safety & Crisis Response Respond immediately to emergencies or crises Follow all emergency protocols and report incidents Ensure no prohibited items are present in the home Documentation & Communication Maintain overnight logs and incident reports Communicate concerns to Program Director and care team Provide updates on resident behavior and compliance Qualifications High school diploma required; college coursework in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred Experience in behavioral health, residential programs, or group homes strongly preferred Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills Ability to enforce rules while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently overnight Schedule Overnight shifts (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Must remain on-site during assigned shift May include weekends and holidays Requirements Ability to stay overnight in the residence Background check required CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s license preferred Pay: $2,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
