About Us Best Wash Laundromats is a family-owned and fast-growing company with locations across the Midwest.We are known for being the cleanest, friendliest, and most affordable laundromat in town, offering modern machines, touch-screen kiosks, and FREE Dry with Every Wash.We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Overnight Laundromat Attendant to join the Best Wash family.This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, takes pride in cleanliness, and can confidently maintain a safe, professional environment overnight.? Responsibilities:Greet customers and provide friendly assistance when needed Keep the facility clean and welcoming (wipe machines, sweep/mop, take out trash) Monitor washers and dryers and report maintenance issues Support the customer experience by encouraging feedback and reviews Provide basic assistance with vending machines and payment kiosks Monitor the location overnight for safety and policy compliance, including addressing loitering or non-customer use of the facility in a calm, respectful manner Ask individuals who are not using the laundromat as intended to leave the premises, following company safety procedures and escalation protocols ? Requirements:Friendly, approachable, and customer-service minded Dependable and punctual (overnight reliability is critical) Able to stand, walk, and perform light cleaning tasks during the shift Comfortable working independently overnight Comfortable enforcing company policies, including asking non-customers to leave when necessary Traveling between multiple locations is required Reliable transportation is required Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or cleaning is helpful but not required ?
