Overnight LPN

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Overnight LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes as part of our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver direct bedside care during night shifts, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications and treatments as ordered, assisting with personal care, and responding promptly to changes in patient condition. You will follow individualized care plans, communicate regularly with the supervising RN and interdisciplinary team, and document all care accurately using electronic medical records. The Overnight LPN will provide education and emotional support to patients and families, promote safety and comfort in the home setting, and help maintain continuity of care across shifts.
