We’re looking for an Overnight Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping our network running smoothly when it matters most. This isn’t just another overnight role. You’ll be the front line of support during critical off-hours, ensuring our broadcasts are delivered accurately, our partners are supported in real time, and any issues are handled quickly and effectively. What You’ll Do Every Day Provide customer service support to partners and clients during overnight hours Monitor and oversee delivery of broadcasts and services to partners and affiliates Verify content delivery and ensure accuracy of FTP file builds Execute audio routing for upcoming broadcast schedules Respond to and manage incident escalations during emergency situations Prepare and deliver detailed reports to daytime operations leadership In Your First 90 Days You Will Learn Skyview’s broadcast systems, tools, and workflows Develop confidence in monitoring broadcasts and supporting partners independently Understand audio routing processes and daily broadcast schedules Build familiarity with common issues and escalation protocols Establish strong communication with daytime operations teams What Your First Year Will Look Like Independently manage overnight operations with accuracy and consistency Ensure reliable broadcast delivery with minimal disruption Improve response time and resolution of overnight incidents Become a trusted point of contact for partners during off-hours Identify opportunities to improve overnight processes and efficiency What Makes You a Fit Experience in radio broadcast operations, media, or technical support environments Comfortable working independently and making real-time decisions Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations Detail-oriented with strong ownership of work Strong communication and reporting skills Adaptable, reliable, and quick to learn systems and processes What We’ll Teach You Skyview’s broadcast delivery systems and partner workflows Audio routing processes and scheduling tools FTP file build verification procedures Incident escalation protocols and troubleshooting best practices What We Won’t Compromise On Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts Dependability and ability to work independently Handling high-stress emergency situations professionally Strong communication and organization skills Ability to learn systems quickly and execute processes accurately Why This Role Matters This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted broadcast delivery and strong partner relationships.
