CIS is now sourcing candidates for an overnight production / packing role in West Columbia.See below for information regarding this position.Pay:$15.50/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit Work Schedule:Shift:8:00 PM - 4:00 AM Days:Monday through Saturday Onboarding & Training Requirements:All selected candidates will be required to complete the following onboarding and training schedule prior to full assignment:Orientation (3 days):Monday through Wednesday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Hands-On Training (2 days):Thursday and Friday 2:00 AM - 6:00 AM Interview Process:All candidates must participate in an in-person, on-site interview prior to placement.This step is required to ensure candidates are fully aligned with job expectations and to provide visibility into the work environment.We are seeking candidates who are dependable, able to work overnight shifts, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting.Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is preferred.Candidates must also be prepared to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.Candidates must also be authorized to work in the U.S.Why work with Carolina Industrial Staffing?
