We are seeking two Clinical Program Managers / Clinical Program Managers to support the growing clinical development portfolio. These roles will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to coordinate and drive the execution of ongoing clinical development activities across programs. One position will focus on Oncology programs, and the other will support non-oncology areas. The Clinical Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking development milestones, and ensuring alignment across clinical development activities. About the Role The Clinical Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking development milestones, and ensuring alignment across clinical development activities. Responsibilities Partner closely with the CMO to coordinate ongoing clinical development programs and portfolio activities. Track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple studies and development initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and Translational teams. Organize and support cross-functional program meetings and development reviews. Maintain integrated development timelines and ensure alignment across internal teams. Identify program risks and proactively coordinate mitigation strategies. Support preparation of development updates, internal reports, and leadership presentations. Assist in portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource coordination. Qualifications Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS preferred). 6 + years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical clinical development, program management, or clinical operations. Strong understanding of global clinical development and clinical trial execution. Experience supporting cross-functional drug development programs. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to facilitate collaboration with global teams and cross-regional stakeholders. Preferred Experience Oncology role: experience supporting oncology drug development programs. Non-Oncology role: experience in other therapeutic areas such as immunology, neurology, or other non-oncology indications. Language Requirement Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to facilitate collaboration with global teams and cross-regional stakeholders.
