Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA, for the Owner of Lean Rental LLC. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of the rental properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include property management, financial oversight, team leadership, developing growth strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Owner will also build relationships with stakeholders, address operational challenges, and identify opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Proven experience in leading teams, decision-making, and overseeing business operations. Real Estate Expertise: Knowledge of property management, leasing processes, and local real estate regulations in Los Angeles, CA. Financial Management: Skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and performance monitoring to ensure profitable operations. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop growth strategies and identify business opportunities within the real estate market. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with tenants, partners, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address operational challenges effectively and efficiently. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with property management software and tools to improve operational efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field is a plus.
