Job Description
A growing owner’s representative and development advisory firm is seeking an experienced construction professional with a strong blend of luxury residential construction and infrastructure expertise to support ultra-high-end residential and resort developments across the Mountain West. This role will support landmark projects within exclusive private communities and resort environments, working closely with ownership groups, design teams, consultants, and contractors from preconstruction through delivery. Ideal Background: Experience managing luxury residential, hospitality, or resort construction projects Exposure to technology-driven homes, smart building systems, low-voltage/AV integration, or complex infrastructure coordination Prior experience within mountain resort communities in Montana, Colorado, Utah, or similar markets strongly preferred Background working on estate homes, private clubs, ski resorts, or large custom residential developments Strong owner-facing communication and project leadership skills Responsibilities Include: Represent ownership interests throughout all project phases Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors Oversee budgets, schedules, reporting, and quality control Manage high-touch stakeholder relationships in fast-paced luxury environments Ensure seamless integration of construction, technology, and operational requirements This is an opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious residential and resort developments in the country with a highly respected and growing team.
