Join the Grassy Bar Team — Oyster Shucker Wanted Love seafood, good people, and life by the water? We’re looking for an oyster shucker to join our team at Grassy Bar Oyster Company in Morro Bay. This is more than just shucking oysters — we’re looking for someone who enjoys creating a great customer experience, talking with people about where their food comes from, and being part of a hardworking, positive team. What we’re looking for Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Interest in seafood, aquaculture, hospitality Shucking experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person Thurs - Sun 11 am - 6 pm availability (at least 2 of these days each week and up to 4 days each week) What you’ll do: Shuck oysters and help prepare simple food orders Talk with customers about our oysters and farm Help keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming Support events, retail service, and day-to-day operations Perks: Tips included - combined with hourly pay, compensation typically averages around $30/hour.
