This role will support the development and deployment of the P58 SAP solution in the United States and Canada, as part of the global rollout to harmonize CRM and SAP systems in Siemens Healthineers. In this role you will be relied on for deep analytic skills to confirm that the transition from the current SAP environment to P58 is reconciled accurately to preserve SHS Books and Records. In operation, this role will be required to analyze complex order structures and confirm the appropriate application of revenue recognition against POBs in an IFRS 15 compliant environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Reconciliation (FinRecon) Lead country-level Financial Reconciliation (FinRecon) to compare Contract Asset (CA) and Contract Liability (CL) values between legacy and target systems. Validate and explain financial differences to NAM financial stakeholders and management, ensuring transparent and traceable reconciliation processes. Support preparation of FinRecon presentations, reporting packages, and management reviews. Drive alignment with central finance and accounting teams to ensure sustainable post-migration accuracy and audit readiness. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in accounting, finance operations, or contract management In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15) processes Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, with focus on SD and RAR modules Strong analytical, coordination, and presentation skills Ability to work across functions, zones, and cultural boundaries Demonstrated experience in project management and change leadership Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Experience in ERP or large-scale system migration (SAP S/4HANA preferred) Knowledge of data validation and experience with advanced technology solutions (Snowflake, Python, or equivalent) Strong understanding of contract structures and financial reporting impacts Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and data quality Who we are : We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicated Healthineers in more than 70 countries. The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $117,770 - $161,931 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
