Part-Time Patient Advocate Coordinator (PAC) Location: Frankfort, IN Company: PlanMerica Home Care Solutions Job Summary: PlanMerica Home Care Solutions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality home care and home health services, is seeking a Part-Time Patient Advocate Coordinator (PAC) to join our team. As a PAC, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being for our clients, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those requiring medical or non-medical assistance at home.
