Job Description
M-F 8am-4:30pm Key Responsibilities:Operate packaging machinery to package chemical tablets in containers, boxes, or bags.Weigh, count, and inspect tablets for quality and consistency.Label packages accurately with product information, batch numbers, and safety data.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety and quality protocols.Perform regular checks on packaging equipment and report maintenance needs.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area to meet GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.Ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.Keep accurate records of production and packaging activities.Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to meet production deadlines.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or chemical handling environment preferred.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.Basic math and measurement skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Work Environment:Exposure to chemical substances (with safety precautions in place).Fast-paced manufacturing setting.May involve standing, bending, and repetitive motion.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per hour Experience:Packaging:1 year (Required) Ability to Commute:Ixonia, WI 53036 (Required) Work Location:In person.
