HIRING NOW IN OSAGE IOWA.PAPER PACKAGING- 3rd SHIFT.$18/Hour.11 pm - 7 am SUN-THURS.Temp to Hire.Must be able to stand for 8 hour periods.Weekly Pay.National Background Check.Drug Screen required.Call now to get applying at the Charles City Masterson 641-228-3425.We look forward to working with you.Overview We are seeking a dedicated Packager to join our manufacturing team in Osage, Iowa, operating on the third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday.This role is essential in ensuring that products are accurately and efficiently packaged according to strict quality standards and regulatory guidelines.The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic production environment committed to excellence and compliance.Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and package products following detailed work instructions and packaging protocols.Operate packaging machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal workflow.Maintain adherence to FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other regulatory standards during packaging processes.Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for equipment operation and troubleshooting.Conduct quality checks throughout the packaging process to identify defects or inconsistencies.Handle warehouse tasks such as inventory management, material handling with forklifts, and proper storage of finished goods.Support compliance with safety procedures by using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards promptly.Assist in equipment maintenance, cleaning, and calibration as needed to uphold manufacturing standards.Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred; familiarity with packaging operations is a plus.Mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification.Understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and quality assurance practices.Basic knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machinery operation.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.Physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting, standing for extended periods, and handling materials safely.This position offers an engaging environment where precision meets productivity.We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills toward manufacturing excellence while advancing their careers within a supportive team.#MS4 Pay:From $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
