What You'll Do Package finished product into bulk bags, packets, and pad kits Apply labels and lot numbers using standard procedures Maintain accurate log sheets and packaging reports Learn basic form-fill-seal machine operation Move finished goods across the production floor (pallet jack or manual handling up to 60 lbs.) Sample finished and in-process products to ensure quality standards Keep work area and equipment clean and organized Monitor powder handling and packaging operations to ensure specifications are met Follow GMP, SQF, and Food Safety policies and report any deviations Uphold company core values Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Education & Experience:High school diploma or GED required Forklift experience is a plus Skills & Abilities:Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel); SAP experience a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate records Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.repeatedly depending on packaging type Ability to move materials using a pallet jack May require climbing stairs or ladders and walking on metal grid flooring Occasional use of hand tools for minor equipment adjustments May require hearing protection in certain areas Why Join Us?
