We are seeking an experienced Packaging Line Lead to support high-volume production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.This hands-on leadership role ensures packaging lines operate efficiently, safely, and accurately while meeting quality and customer specifications.Location:Cary, NC Schedule:Onsite Shift Pay & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay full benefits package What You'll Do Lead daily packaging line operations in a manufacturing/printing environment Review job tickets and confirm material accuracy before production Perform first-article inspections and ongoing quality checks Assign and coordinate production line staff based on workflow needs Monitor production efficiency and address bottlenecks Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices Support training and development of team members Reinforce standard operating procedures and quality expectations What You'll Bring High School diploma or equivalent 3years of manufacturing, packaging, or printing experience 1year of team lead or line lead experience Ability to read job tickets and production documentation Experience in high-volume production, assembly line, or packaging operations preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills How You Will Be Successful Dedicated to Quality and Safety:Maintain packaging accuracy and safe production standards Building Relationships:Support and guide high-performing production teams Integrity and Respect:Lead with accountability and professionalism Challenging the Expected:Improve workflow efficiency and reduce production downtime Why Join MPG?
