Packaging Machine Operator

Job Description Overview: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. Schedule: Training: 8: 00 AM - 4: 00 PM After training (rotating shifts): Week 1: 6: 00 AM - 2: 00 PM Week 2: 2: 00 PM - 10: 00 PM Responsibilities: Set up machines based on production orders Perform checks to ensure machine settings are correct Feed materials into machines and monitor production Package finished products accurately and efficiently Troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed Qualifications: Dependable and committed to long-term employment Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting experience is a plus Hands-on and comfortable working with machinery Spanish speaking is a plus Stable work history (4+ years with a previous employer preferred)
