Our client, a manufacturing organization, is seeking a Packaging Operator 3 to join their team.As a Packaging Operator 3, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and packaging lines.The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title:Packaging Operator 3 Location:St.Louis, MO Pay Range:$24 - $25/hr Shift:6am-6pm on the same rotating 2 week schedule as our MFG Techs.What's the Job? Operate and monitor automated packaging lines and filling machines Run production equipment including cappers, labelers, delumpers, and drum massagers Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, adhering to GMP standards Support process improvements and troubleshoot operational issues Provide guidance and training to team members on packaging procedures What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED (chemistry coursework or related experience preferred) Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including lifting up to 55 lbs and wearing required PPE Experience with packaging or automated machinery preferred Must be clean-shaven for safety compliance What's in it for me?
