If interested in this Packaging Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman | bblackman@alinestaffing.com | text 5867107970 PACKAGING OPERATOR | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Mebane NC 27302– 100% on-site Payrate: $19/hr Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime as needed) PACKAGING OPERATOR | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Packaging Operator is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. The operator maintains accurate documentation, performs basic calculations for production records, and supports inventory activities. They also help maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all procedures and compliance requirements. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PACKAGING OPERATOR | RESPONSIBILITIES Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished products Ensure packaging meets quality standards and procedural requirements Inspect materials and components during packaging to identify defects Remove and report defective products or materials Accurately complete documentation, including batch records and inventory counts Perform basic math calculations to support production records Assist with inventory counts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, including routine equipment cleaning Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and contamination control procedures Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions Handle hazardous waste in accordance with guidelines PACKAGING OPERATOR | REQUIREMENTS : Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days 6+ months of manufacturing or related industry experience Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good documentation and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including overtime or rotating shifts Take the Next Step!
