Compensation: The pay for this position is $22.15 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Highlights: The required schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (1st shift) This position is a 12 month contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Safety shoes are required for this role Must be comfortable working in a regulated production/packaging environment Responsibilities: Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products Ensure finished products meet customer, internal, and quality specifications Inspect in-process packaging and remove defective materials/products Maintain accurate documentation including device history records and inventory counts Perform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completion Assist with inventory counts and cycle count activities as needed Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions/observations Maintain clean and organized packaging stations and equipment Follow PPE requirements and product contamination control procedures (including gowning) Handle hazardous waste according to safety guidelines when required Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of industry experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies Ability to perform basic math calculations Comfortable working in a team-based production environment Familiarity with computers and basic business software systems Ability to work flexible schedules including overtime if required If you are interested in this position, please apply directly to this job posting or email resume and job title to jnottage@alinestaffing.com . .
