Job Title:Packaging Specialist Location:Woodville, WI Shift:Mon - Thurs (6:00 am - 3:00 pm), Fri (6:00 am - 12:00 pm) Pay:$16.50 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a reliable Packaging Specialist to operate equipment and ensure high-quality product output in a fast-paced environment.This role focuses on accuracy, machine efficiency, and maintaining a Just In Time workflow to meet customer requirements.Responsibilities Machine Operation:Set up and operate packaging machinery, including adjusting heat, dwell, and cycle settings for blisters and cards.Quality Control:Perform visual inspections to ensure all parts are sealed tight with clear, readable printing.Inventory & Records:Pull Kanban cards at reorder points, mark boxes correctly, and enter production quantities into the system.Maintenance:Keep equipment clean and perform routine preventive maintenance on the blister line.Teamwork:Maintain a professional can-do attitude and communicate effectively with supervisors and press operators.Requirements Education:High School Diploma or equivalent.Physical Demands:This is primarily a standing position requiring great dexterity; must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Reliability:Excellent attendance and reliable/independent transportation are required.Technical Skills:Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret measuring tools.Adaptability:Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned and improve setup/run times.#INDSEEK.
