About Us Elans Daughter is a live-stream e-commerce brand specializing in clothing sales through Whatnot.We are currently operating out of a warehouse in Miami Gardens but will be relocating to Aventura (around 10 minute drive from our current warehouse) in the next few weeks and are looking for reliable, detail-oriented packers to join our team as soon as possible! Job Overview We are seeking dependable Warehouse Associates to assist with order fulfillment, inventory organization, and daily warehouse operations.This is a hands-on role ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.3-5 days a week.Some weeks may require up to 5 days of work, while lighter weeks may require fewer shifts.Flexibility is important.Responsibilities Pick items accurately from inventory Pack customer orders carefully and efficiently Label and prepare shipments for USPS/UPS Stock and organize inventory shelves Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed Requirements/Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Able to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (not required) What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent Fast learner Positive attitude Team-oriented Flexible with scheduling based on order volume Schedule 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM shifts 3 - 5 days per week depending on order volume Must have weekday availability Compensation $17-$20/hour (based on experience) Opportunity for consistent hours as volume grows Positive and supportive work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and briefly describe your availability (days of the week you can work).Work Location:In person Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
