Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to assist with fulfilling orders for a coin and collectibles shop.This position involves handling sold items, preparing customer orders, and ensuring packages are accurate, secure, and shipped on time.Because many of the items we sell are rare or collectible, this role requires exceptional attention to detail, honesty, and the ability to follow procedures carefully.Background check will also be required.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality work, this position is perfect for you! Duties Carefully select and pack products according to order specifications Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Label packages accurately with shipping details and tracking information Maintain organized workstations to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate pickup or drop-off schedules with carriers Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure security and accuracy Report inventory discrepancies or order issues immediately Cameras will be in use during packing & shipping processes to ensure accuracy Experience Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required Basic computer skills for printing invoices/labels and viewing order details Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights comfortably Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively We're committed to fostering a positive work environment that values your contributions.This role provides a vital link in our supply chain, ensuring products reach customers promptly and in perfect condition.Whether you're starting your career or bringing experience from similar roles, we welcome motivated individuals eager to make an impact every day!
