OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Packing and Shipping Associate to join our team.This role is essential in ensuring that products are accurately packed, securely shipped, and delivered on time to meet customer expectations.The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, organization, and safety, contributing to the smooth operation of our logistics process.Duties Carefully pack products according to specified guidelines to prevent damage during transit Prepare shipping labels and documentation accurately for each order Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment and techniques Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of outgoing shipments Inspect packages for quality control, ensuring all items are correctly packed and labeled Maintain a clean and organized packing station to promote safety and efficiency Track shipments and communicate with carriers regarding pick-up and delivery schedules Assist in inventory management by updating records of shipped items Qualifications Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and documentation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and stand for extended periods during shifts Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic computer skills for managing shipping software or inventory systems Reliable transportation or access to transportation for shift flexibility Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards This position offers an opportunity to be a vital part of our logistics team, supporting the timely delivery of products while ensuring safety and quality.We value hardworking individuals committed to excellence in their work.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:10 - 20 per week Benefits:Employee discount People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
