You do not need pageant experience. You do not need to already understand the industry. You only need to be willing to learn, communicate well, follow a simple system, and have a genuine heart to help women become more confident, visible, and successful. Whether you come from sales, ministry, education, social media, customer service, recruiting, entrepreneurship, beauty, fashion, coaching, administration, or no formal background at all, you can be trained. The right person does not have to know everything. They just have to be teachable, dependable, and willing to work. What You Will Do As a Pageant Recruiter, you will help find and connect women who may be interested in joining the Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant. You will use simple outreach methods such as social media, phone calls, text messages, referrals, local networking, community contacts, churches, schools, events, and local organizations. Responsibilities Recruit women for local, state, regional, and national pageant opportunities. Share information about the Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant in a positive and professional way. Contact potential contestants through social media, text, phone, email, referrals, and in-person networking. Follow up with interested candidates and help guide them through the application process. Keep organized records of leads, conversations, appointments, and follow-ups. Attend virtual training, orientation, and team check-ins as needed. Use company-provided scripts, flyers, messages, and recruiting tools. Represent the pageant with integrity, respect, and professionalism. Work independently without needing to be micromanaged. Help women see their value, confidence, purpose, and opportunity. Who We Are Looking For This opportunity is open to many different backgrounds. Must be comfortable reaching out to people. Must be able to work with little supervision. Must be dependable, positive, and self-motivated. Must care about helping women grow in confidence, leadership, and purpose.
