Compensation: $25 per hour base + very competitive commission on verifiable leads and patient inquiries. Total compensation is highly negotiable based on experience, certifications, and proven performance. We are a well-established healthcare company seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This full-time, office-based position focuses on driving measurable growth through strategic advertising on Google, Meta, and Microsoft platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising) to generate qualified leads and patient inquiries. Manage full-funnel campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display, and Social. Monitor performance daily, conduct A/B testing, and deliver clear reporting on ROI, CPA, and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad creative and messaging with brand standards. Stay current on platform updates and best practices. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and social campaigns with proven results. Active certifications: Google Ads (Search & Performance Max preferred), Meta Blueprint, and Microsoft Advertising. Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and platform reporting tools. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a structured, professional office environment.
