Job Title:Paid Canvasser Position Overview Our campaign is hiring energetic, disciplined Paid Canvassers to support our voter outreach efforts.This role will focus on engaging voters through direct, face-to-face conversations in the community.You will serve as the frontline representative of the campaign, communicating the candidate's message, and identifying supporters.This is a fast-paced, goal-driven political environment.If you are motivated, comfortable initiating conversations with strangers, and ready to work toward measurable daily targets, this role is for you. Compensation $20 per hour Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door and street canvassing Clearly and accurately communicate the candidate's platform and campaign priorities Track and report daily metrics, including voter contacts, doors knocked, etc Maintain accurate records and submit data promptly Represent the campaign professionally at all times in public spaces Attend required team meetings and trainings Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable initiating conversations with voters in diverse communities Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Goal-oriented with the ability to meet daily signature targets Experience in political campaigns, canvassing, sales, or community organizing preferred but not required Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply Knowledge of NGP VAN a must Pay:$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Customer service:1 year (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
