Paid Social Manager — Performance Marketing & Digital Strategy Drive growth through high-impact, data-driven digital campaigns. Role Overview As a Paid Social Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on performance marketing. You will oversee initiatives across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels—ensuring campaigns are aligned with client objectives and consistently deliver results. This role blends hands-on campaign management with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to guide junior team members while remaining deeply involved in execution and strategy. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across search, social, and programmatic channels. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and continuously refined for maximum impact. Paid Search & Social Leadership Lead the development and execution of campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Shopping, and video formats) and paid social channels (including Meta platforms and emerging channels). Cross-Channel Integration Oversee cohesive digital marketing strategies that span multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and optimized performance across the entire media mix. Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze campaign data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and effectiveness. Hands-On Platform Management Remain actively involved in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization, ensuring a strong understanding of day-to-day performance and platform dynamics. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing strategic guidance, performance updates, and actionable recommendations that support their goals. Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and succeed. Collaboration & Alignment Work closely with internal teams and cross-regional partners to align on strategy, share insights, and ensure seamless execution across markets. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and processes to improve team efficiency and campaign performance. Industry Awareness Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously evolve strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Required Qualifications Digital Marketing Experience At least three years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, particularly within search and social channels. Platform Expertise Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Shopping, and video) and paid social tools such as Meta Ads Manager. Campaign Management Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Leadership Experience Experience managing or mentoring team members in a collaborative environment. Analytical Skills Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve campaign performance. Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders. Technical Tools Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and related reporting platforms. Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience working within an agency or client-service environment.
