Recyclops is facilitating a diaper composting program to reduce the impact that plastic diapers have on the environment.These diapers are made out of bamboo and can just be tossed into the compost heap after you're done with it.This compost can then be used for purposes such as road base and sod farms.We are looking for drivers in or near Chicago, IL to help us perform a diaper doorstep pickup route.Customers will be placing their bags of used diapers on their doorstep and Recyclops is collecting them as part of a composting program.Routes are carried out weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays.The schedule is flexible but the route must be completed by 4pm.This will be a 1099 contractor opportunity.What you'll do:Drive your own vehicle around your community, pickup diaper bags, complete a pickup route and take the bags to a drop-off location.This will take about 1-2 hours and be approximately 12 stops.Route can start as early as 6:00 AM Pay ranges between $50-$70 per route.Final payment is determined on route factors each day.Route miles, pickups and pay will be offered the day prior to the route.Driver can accept or decline the route.To be a Recyclops driver you will need:a vehicle (sedan, truck, SUV, etc., any vehicle will work) a valid drivers license (CDL not required) vehicle insurance smartphone Recyclops is proud to be an equal opportunity company, seeking to create a welcoming and diverse environment.We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, family status, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, neurodiversity, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other non-merit based or legally protected grounds.Job Type:Contract Pay:$50.00 - $70.00 per day Application Question(s):Do you have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance?
