Paid.care - Care Coach Location:Jeffersonville, IN Area Position Overview At Paid.care, we believe families deserve support while caring for their loved ones.As a Care Coach, you'll play a key role in helping families feel confident and supported in their caregiving journey.You will provide caregiver onboarding, perform in-home orientations, assess needs, and ensure caregivers are trained and empowered to give the best possible care.This is a hands-on role that combines coaching, training, and care oversight.Our Care Coaches are the bridge between families, caregivers, and care managers--helping keep everything on track and making sure caregivers never feel alone in the process.What You'll Do Every Day Conduct in-home orientations with new families and caregivers (including paperwork and program onboarding) Evaluate the home care needs of the client and assess the environment for safety and suitability Review the caregiver's ability to provide care and ensure they feel prepared Complete initial assessments during onboarding Perform periodic supervisory visits and ongoing check-ins with active families Provide training for caregivers and clients as needed Partner with care managers, caregivers, and families to ensure the care plan is effective and followed Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with the care team Provide feedback on processes and contribute to improvements in training and case evaluation Support operations as Paid.care continues to grow and evolve Travel within Southern Indiana (mileage and approved expenses reimbursed) Compensation & Requirements Pay:$50-$100 per visit (rate depends on type of visit and case needs) Mileage:Reimbursed for all work-related travel Transportation:Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required Schedule:Flexible, based on client and company needs What We're Looking For 1years of experience supporting seniors, adults with disabilities, or family caregivers Field experience in home care, case management, or healthcare strongly preferred Familiarity with ADL/IADL assessments Comfortable with technology, case documentation, and data entry Strong communication and organizational skills--able to explain, train, and encourage caregivers with patience and clarity Ability to problem-solve and think critically in the moment Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle (required for travel) A team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping families succeed in caregiving Perks of Joining Paid.care Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Mileage reimbursement and travel expense coverage Supportive team environment with growth opportunities A chance to make a real impact for caregivers and the loved ones they support Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $50.00 per hour Work Location:On the road.
