About the Practice: A dynamic and well-established group in the San Antonio, Texas area is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pain Management Physician to join their team on a full-time basis. This practice is committed to providing comprehensive, advanced pain management solutions. The group fosters a patient-centric, collaborative, and efficient environment. Opportunity: This is an excellent full-time opportunity for an experienced Pain Management Physician to join a thriving practice in San Antonio. The position focuses on providing a full spectrum of pain management services, from initial evaluation to advanced interventional procedures. The physician will work within a supportive team structure with a strong referral base. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using a variety of modalities, including interventional pain management techniques such as epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and more. Interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray) relevant to pain conditions and interventional planning. Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely patient records. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including mid-levels, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology. Completion of an accredited Pain Management
