The position focuses on providing a full spectrum of pain management services, from initial evaluation to advanced interventional procedures. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans using a variety of modalities, including interventional pain management techniques such as epidural steroid injections, facet blocks, joint injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and more. Interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray) relevant to pain conditions and interventional planning. Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely patient records. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including mid-levels, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology.
