Overview Join our dynamic team as a Painter and Paint Helper, where you will play a vital role in transforming spaces through expert painting techniques and skilled assistance. Whether you're applying paint, preparing surfaces, or assisting with complex finishing tasks, your contributions will help bring vibrant visions to life. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, plastering, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, and power tools with precision and attention to detail Assist with construction-related tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, framing, and drywall installation to support overall project progress Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate application of colors and finishes Handle renovation projects by performing plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and restoration tasks as needed Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete painting and carpentry tasks on time Support the team in maintaining a clean workspace by organizing materials, disposing of debris properly, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations Familiarity with color theory to assist in selecting appropriate hues for various projects Experience in residential and commercial painting environments with an understanding of construction site safety standards Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for precise execution of work Hands-on experience with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns, saws, drills, welders, and other power tools Knowledge of specialized techniques including industrial painting, airless paint spraying, masonry finishing, stucco application, fixture installation, and restoration processes Ability to perform related construction tasks such as carpentry (trim framing), concrete finishing, masonry work, welding basics, handyman repairs, and maintenance activities Join us if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to grow your skills across diverse construction projects.
