We offer full paid training and incentive based pay.Every employee has oppurtunity to be promoted to crew chief during the summer and have a management role.Painters will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to a variety of surfaces in residential settings.Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure quality finishes that meet project specifications.The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every job.Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.Use hand tools and power tools such as brushes, rollers, airless paint sprayers, and scaffolding to apply paints, stains, and sealants accurately.Execute commercial painting projects involving large-scale surfaces like stucco exteriors or masonry structures.Be able to meet project deadlines and work efficientyl Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality workmanship.Qualifications Strong work ethic Must be 18 years old Citizen of U.S.Able to work outside Able to carry 50lbs Get along with others and work as a team Pay:$17.50 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
