Job Summary We are looking for a full-time painter for interior painting and touch up. What You Will Do Get Walls Ready: Clean, sand, and fix the walls. Put on primer first so the new paint sticks perfectly. Paint and Finish: Put on paint, stain, or clear coats using brushes, rollers, or spray machines. Make sure everything looks smooth and beautiful. Fix the Details: Be an expert at sealing edges (caulking), fixing broken drywall, and doing small paint touch-ups. Work as a Team: Work well with your bosses and other workers. Help the team finish the job on time and do great work. Requirements Painting Experience: You have painted houses, stores, or large buildings before. Prep and Color Skills: You know how to match colors well. You also know how to clean, scrape, and fix walls before you start painting. Tool Skills: You are good at using paint brushes, rollers, and spray machines. You also know how to use small tools like caulk guns and putty knives to fill holes and cracks. Job Site Ready: You have worked on active building sites before. You do a good job even when plans or workplaces change quickly.
