Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Painter role based in Green Bay, WI. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paints and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Duties include following safety protocols, operating painting and decorating tools, performing spray painting, and maintaining equipment. Qualifications Proficiency in Paint and Painting techniques Experience in Painting Knowledge of Coatings and appropriate surface preparation Skills in spraying with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently as part of a team or independently Strong understanding of safety regulations and proper handling of painting materials Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks Previous painting experience or certification is a plus
