Job Overview URGENTLY HIRING We are seeking skilled and energetic Painters to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces actos on a residential project. Candidates must have experience with spray painting and be able to work efficiently in a professional construction environment. Applicants must be authorized be to work in the U.S Job Details: Temporary position (project estimated duration: 1–3 months) Schedule: Monday through Saturday Work hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime may be required and will be paid accordingly Lunch will be provided Payment is held for one week meaning employees receive their first paycheck after the second week of work around Tuesday or Wednesday Requirements: Previous spray painting experience Must bring your own work equipment and tools Hard hat/helmet Work boots Gloves High-visibility fluorescent safety vest Reliable and hardworking candidates are encouraged to apply. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and repairing to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying), and power tools Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and color schemes based on color theory principles Execute residential painting project including wall coatings, trim carpentry, fixture installation, and renovation work Perform commercial and industrial painting tasks on construction sites involving scaffolding, stucco application, masonry finishes, and restoration project Use construction estimating skills to assess project scope, materials needed, and time requirements for accurate planning Conduct maintenance tasks such as drywall finishing (including plastering), framing repairs, masonry work, concrete finishing, welding where applicable, and general handyman duties if project is required Experience Proven experience in construction painting across residential, commercial, or industrial settings with a strong understanding of construction site protocols Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics to accurately interpret project plans and specification Hands-on experience with hand tools (brushes, rollers), power tools (airless sprayers), and specialized equipment used in renovation or restoration projects Knowledge of surface preparation techniques including caulking, sanding, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and estimations during project planning Prior experience with construction estimating is a plus to help evaluate project scope efficiently.
