Painter

The Painter is responsible for all painting projects and assignments in public areas, back of house and guest rooms to ensure an aesthetically pleasing, safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. Maintain (paint, wallpaper, plaster, etc.) all public areas and guest rooms on an on-going basis Keep the hotel decor in good condition Clean all work areas after completing job Have a thorough understanding of fire alarm procedures and other emergencies Have a thorough understanding of Hotel rules and regulations Other duties as assigned or required Keep outside curbs painted Keep all guest corridors in good repair As Painter, Compensation ranges between $21 and $23 per hour based on experience.
