Job Summary We are looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as exterior house painters this summer. This is a full-time, hands-on role, working outdoors, where you’ll be part of a crew completing residential painting projects. No prior experience is required as we provide full training! A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. This position is ideal for someone who wants to stay active, earn competitive pay, and build valuable real-world skills in a fast-paced team environment. Position Details Full-time: 35–40 hours per week Typical schedule: Monday–Thursday (10–12 hour days) Fridays and weekends reserved for weather make-up days if needed Start time: 7:30 AM on job sites Pay & Incentives Starting pay: $17/hour Opportunities for raises based on performance Bi-weekly pay (direct deposit) Additional bonus opportunities available What You’ll Do Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, priming, caulking) Apply paint to exterior surfaces (houses, decks, trim, etc.) Maintain a clean and professional job site Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently What We’re Looking For 18+ years old Reliable transportation to and from job sites (car required) Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Positive attitude and ability to work on a team Attention to detail and pride in your work Benefits: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Tools provided Work Location: In person Pay: From $17.00 per hour Benefits On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Tools provided Work Location: In person
