Painting Subcontractor

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Painting Subcontractor. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using hand tools and power tools such as airless paint sprayers and brushes Perform plastering, stucco work, drywall finishing, and trim carpentry to create smooth surfaces for painting Use color theory knowledge to select appropriate paints and finishes that meet client specifications Conduct restoration and renovation painting projects on existing structures while maintaining safety standards Install fixtures, moldings, and other decorative elements as needed for complete finishing touches Requirements Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects with a strong understanding of construction site protocols Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and industrial equipment such as airless sprayers Knowledge of construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to construction painting Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, stucco application, and concrete finishing is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently on construction sites while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards Handyman experience or background in remodeling or restoration projects is a plus Join us as a Painting Subcontractor where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
