Job Summary We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our warehouse team! Your primary job will be dismantling and sorting wooden pallets to prepare materials for our repair team.This is an entry-level position--no experience is necessary, and we will provide all the training you need.If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and don't mind a bit of elbow grease, this is a great opportunity for a steady, long-term career.What You Will Do Sort wooden pallet inventory quickly and accurately.Dismantle pallets to salvage usable wood.Lift and move pallets weighing 30-40 lbs throughout the day.Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.Work comfortably in outdoor weather elements.Requirements Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting.Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day.Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply.Bonus Skills:Experience with nail guns, circular saws, crowbars, or measuring tools is a plus, but not required!
