Hiring: PAP Program Specialist (Contract, Remote) We're building a new product line at Talia Health and need someone who knows Patient Assistance Programs inside and out. This is an early, hands-on role — you'll work directly with the founder. Phase one is helping us get the domain knowledge right. Phase two is delivering the service for our first customers. What I'm looking for: 2-3+ years coordinating PAP applications at a specialty clinic or pharmacy Hands-on experience with NovoCare, LillyAnswers, AbbVie myAbbVie Assist, or similar programs You know FPL calculations cold and have written denial appeals that actually worked Endocrinology, rheumatology, or neurology background is a big plus! The role: Part-time to start, 10–15 hrs/week, fully remote $22–$28/hour depending on experience Real opportunity to grow with us as we scale If you've spent time in a specialty clinic wondering "there has to be a better way to manage all of this" — I'd love to talk.
